Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using AgentFit. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AgentFit.
What AgentFit Is — and Isn't
AgentFit is an insurance agent matching service. We are not an insurance carrier, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We do not sell, underwrite, or bind insurance policies. We do not provide insurance advice. We connect consumers with independent or captive insurance agents based on stated preferences.
Any insurance product you purchase is a transaction between you and the insurance agent or carrier — not AgentFit. We are not a party to that transaction and bear no responsibility for the coverage, pricing, or terms of any policy you purchase.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of the United States to use AgentFit. By using our service you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Matching Service
When you complete our questionnaire, AgentFit will facilitate an introduction to one insurance agent whose profile matches your stated preferences. We do not guarantee:
- That the matched agent will contact you within any specific timeframe
- That the matched agent will offer coverage that meets your needs
- That any quoted price will match what you ultimately pay
- A specific outcome from any agent interaction
You are under no obligation to purchase insurance from the agent we introduce you to.
The Referral Payout
AgentFit may offer a referral payout to consumers who complete the matching process and speak with their matched agent. The following conditions apply:
- Payout amounts are subject to change and are not guaranteed until confirmed in writing
- Payouts require a verified conversation with the matched agent
- AgentFit reserves the right to withhold payouts in cases of fraudulent or incomplete information
- Payouts are processed within 48 hours of verified agent contact
- Payouts are considered referral compensation and may be taxable income. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Your Obligations
By using AgentFit you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information in the matching questionnaire
- Not submit multiple or fraudulent submissions to obtain multiple payouts
- Not use the service if you are an insurance agent, carrier employee, or competitor seeking business intelligence
- Comply with all applicable laws in your use of the service
Communications and TCPA Consent
By completing our form and providing your phone number, and by checking the consent box, you agree to receive calls, texts, and emails from AgentFit and your matched agent regarding insurance products and services. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.
Limitation of Liability
AgentFit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with a matched agent, decisions made based on agent recommendations, or any insurance coverage gaps.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AgentFit and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of AgentFit after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
